Scientific background
An eight-week gymnastics-based movement programme for children aged three to five produced significant improvements in balance, jumping, throwing, catching, flexibility and speed.
Teaching & Qualification
As an educator for the Turkish Gymnastics Federation, Mustafa Karaca delivered rules education, competition judging and technical development for coaches and judges, alongside Parkour coaching courses and specialist workshops.
